Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No. Nobody can honestly promise a position on Google. We set up the basic technical foundations Google looks for, so you're easier to find.
What does the chatbot know?
Only information you approve, like your services, hours and common questions. If it isn't sure, it says so and points people to your enquiry form. Your plan includes up to 1,000 replies a month.
What's included each month?
Managed hosting, routine maintenance, your AI chatbot (up to 1,000 replies a month), 30 minutes of minor content updates, basic SEO monitoring and a short monthly report. Routine maintenance never comes out of your content-update time.
Who owns the website?
Your domain name and business content stay yours. Once the setup fee is paid, the parts of your website made specifically for you are yours, with a permanent licence to the reusable code inside it. We keep our own reusable systems and tools.
What happens if I cancel?
Give us 30 days' notice; there's no exit fee. You receive a standard export of your website within 10 business days, free of charge. Hosting, the chatbot, maintenance and support end when the managed service ends. Help moving to another host is an optional paid extra, and you never need it to get your export.
