You don't sell anything, and there's nothing to pay. You make a personal introduction; we take care of everything else, and keep you informed.

What you earn
One fixed amount, per client.
For every successful paying client you introduce, we pay a fixed commission in the currency their business is quoted in. The amounts are set in advance, so nobody has to calculate exchange rates.
A partner in Cape Town who introduces a London business, quoted in pounds, earns £135. The final amount is confirmed in writing when we accept your registration.
Paid in South African rand when the business pays its Website Setup or Complete Corporate Identity in full.

How a referral works
Five steps, each confirmed in writing.
- Before they contact us
Register
With your contact's permission, register them on this website using your Partner ID. Your registration is timestamped the moment it arrives.
- Within 2 business days
Verify
We confirm in writing, with a referral number. If we can't accept it, we explain why.
- Protected for 90 days
Introduce
We contact them, or they contact us. If they get in touch directly during the 90 days, the introduction is still yours.
- When paid in full
Approve
When their Website Setup or Complete Corporate Identity is paid in full, your commission is earned. We confirm it in writing that day or the next business day.
- Within 14 calendar days
Pay
We pay by bank transfer, with a remittance advice showing the client, amount and date. If the day falls on a weekend or public holiday, we pay the business day before.

In writing
Every registration, approval and payment is confirmed to you in writing, with a reference number.
On time
Commission is paid within 14 calendar days of being earned. If anything delays it, we tell you before the date, not after.

We pay our own and intermediary transfer charges, and deduct nothing unless the law requires it.

What qualifies
Clear rules, published in advance.
Earns commission
- A business you registered with us, and we accepted
- It signs a Statement of Work within 90 days of our acceptance
- It pays its Website Setup or Complete Corporate Identity in full within 12 months of signing
- One commission per client, whichever qualifying service they choose
Doesn't earn commission
- Existing CVO Atlas clients
- Businesses already in discussion with us in the previous 6 months
- Introducing yourself, or a business you own, manage or work for
- A standalone Brand Refresh, monthly fees, renewals or later projects
If two partners register the same business, the earlier complete registration counts. Commission is never split.

Do I need to sell anything?
No. You make a personal introduction, with their permission. We handle the consultation, proposal, agreement and the project itself.
Which projects earn a commission?
A Website Setup or a Complete Corporate Identity, paid in full. A standalone Brand Refresh and monthly fees don't earn commission, and there's one commission per client.
How is the amount decided?
By the currency the business you introduce is quoted in, not where you live. Businesses outside our seven markets are quoted in US dollars, so the commission is US$185.
What if the business contacts you directly?
If you registered them first and we accepted the registration, the introduction is yours for 90 days, even if they contact us directly.
What if someone else introduces the same business?
The earlier complete registration counts, by timestamp. Commission is never split.
When and how am I paid?
Within 14 calendar days of the client's payment clearing, by bank transfer to an account in your name or your business's name. We pay our own and intermediary bank charges.
Do I pay tax on it?
Commission is income, so you declare it where you pay tax. If you're registered for VAT or a similar tax, the amount includes it and you send us an invoice.
What does my Partner ID do?
It identifies you on every introduction. It's reserved when you apply, and becomes active once we've accepted your application and countersigned your agreement.
How do I register an introduction?
Once you're active, use the registration page linked in your welcome email. You confirm it's you with a one-time link sent to your email address, then tell us about the business.
Can I promote CVO Atlas online?
You can describe us accurately and share this page. Please don't send unsolicited marketing messages, use contact lists, or use our name or logo in adverts without written approval.
