How it works
Two parts, each with a clear job.
Setup: R9,999 once-off
We design and build your website (up to five standard pages), set up your AI chatbot and lay the technical SEO foundations. Then we launch it. You pay this once: 50% on signing and 50% before launch.
Managed service: R899 a month
We host and maintain your website, run your chatbot (up to 1,000 replies a month), make 30 minutes of minor content updates and monitor basic SEO. Billed monthly from your activation date.
Optional extras
Branding, if you want it.
Branding is optional and priced separately. It's never added to your bill unless you ask for it, and you can buy it without a website.

Pricing questions.
Is VAT added?
No. CVO Atlas is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Prices are fixed for each currency, and your billing currency and price are confirmed in your signed Statement of Work.
How do payments work?
Once-off fees are paid 50% on signing and 50% before launch. The managed service is billed monthly from your activation date, and the first month is paid before activation. Each invoice includes its payment instructions. There are no debit orders.
What counts as a minor content update?
Small changes to your existing pages, like new prices, opening hours, photos or a short paragraph. You have 30 minutes each month; unused time doesn't carry over. Routine maintenance never comes out of it.
What if I need something bigger?
Larger work, like new pages or new features, is quoted in writing before anything is done.
What if I cancel?
Give us 30 days' notice; there's no exit fee. You receive a standard export of your website within 10 business days, free of charge.
